Jane cattermole
Jane set up Bay Tree VA in 2008, after working as a PA to senior management for 20 years. Jane now runs a team of virtual executive assistants that provide outsourced operational support to business owners, management teams, consultants and membership organisations, in the UK and abroad.
Jane is a speaker and judge at industry events and an active member of the business community in East Anglia, having served as Vice Chairman/Director of Menta - the Suffolk Enterprise Agency and provided steering committee roles for other business associations.
Craig Bird
Craig is the co-founder of iwantmore.ai an a leading UK AI consultancy who specialise in providing AI strategy, AI training and implementation services.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with the past ten years prior to starting iwantmore.ai dedicated to his role at Microsoft.
Craig has worked with some of the UK’s largest Enterprise businesses on complex digital transformation programmes helping clients navigate the evolving digital landscape by adopting AI-powered solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Sam parnell
Digital Transformation and Regeneration expert, Sam Parnell champions digital education across East Anglia. Founder of a number of community initiatives teaching core digital skills, Sam focuses on improving confidence and encouraging creativity.
Working with education, authorities, charities, SMEs and tech companies, Sam arranges CPD talks about economic development, IoT, coding, careers and digital marketing. In her view there should be no barriers of entry to learning about technology.
In addition, Sam founded the Ipswich & Suffolk Tech Network, the Digital Advice Service and is part of the team who created the first Innovation Race. Passionate about all things digital and tech, Sam brings energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise to drive a community approach. She truly believes promoting cross pollination by sharing talent and skills can create a joined up community, embracing innovation and using technology as an enabler.
