Ralu Atomei is a Nervous System Capacity and Trauma-Informed Coach and the founder of Rebel Healing. She works with high-achieving women in business and leadership who look successful on the outside, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside.

Blending somatic, trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, psychology and neuroscience, Ralu helps women understand how chronic stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and functional freeze show up in both work and life. With over 17 years spent in the corporate world, her work bridges wellbeing and performance, focusing on sustainable success, rather than burnout-fuelled productivity.

Ralu is known for her honest, compassionate approach that combines science-backed trauma education with practical tools women can actually use in real life. Her mission is to help women step into their power, lead, work, and live from regulation, clarity, and self-confidence, rather than survival mode and societal conditioning.

Having lived much of my life through the lens of anxiety, I’m now on a mission to help others discover a healthier, more sustainable way to live and work.

My own journey of pushing through fear and striving to prove myself led to physical burnout and a diagnosis of M.E. That experience forced me to stop, reflect, and ultimately rebuild my life from a place of balance rather than pressure. Along the way, I learned how to live free from anxiety, stress, and overwhelm — and now I teach others to do the same.

For the past 13 years, I’ve helped individuals transform their lives through emotional understanding, practical mindset tools, and compassionate self-discovery. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I combine science-based techniques with a solution-focused approach that empowers people to create real change — without the need to dwell on the past. I support people to calm their nervous systems, reprogram unhelpful patterns, and build lasting resilience so they can thrive in both life and work.

My career path has always followed intuition — from Veterinary Nurse and Dog Training Instructor to roles in the charity sector, therapy, and creative arts. Each chapter has deepened my belief that when we align our work with who we truly are, life begins to flow with meaning and ease.
