I’m Susan Royle a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and heart meditation facilitator specialising in practices that restore stillness and balance in both body and mind. My work supports women to step out of the noise of daily life and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and inner awareness.

After a 30-year career in the corporate world, I understand first-hand the pressures of modern life and the toll it can take on our wellbeing. Ten years ago, I stepped away to follow a different path — one rooted in healing, presence, and deeper connection through restorative yoga, Yin Yoga, Nidra, and meditation, and subtle energy practices, such as Rahanni and sound using the singing voice, resonance and crystal singing bowls. I guide people into states of deep rest where the parasympathetic nervous system can reset creating, stillness, space and calm, not only for physical release, but for emotional processing, insight, and reconnection with self.

I spent 30 years working and commuting in London, immersed in a high-pressure corporate environment driven by targets, performance, and constant demands. Over time, the pace, combined with a busy social life, led me to disconnect from my own wellbeing. Eventually, I reached a turning point waking up with a clear realisation that something had to change.

Returning to yoga something I had first experienced as a child became my way back. I remembered practising outdoors in the sunshine at age six, and that early connection gently guided me back to the mat. What began as a personal step soon became a deeper path, leading me into training, study, and a profound inner transformation.
