Before starting his businesses, Milo spent years building a career in the corporate world.

It started well in roles where he was getting results and left to get on with it with multiple promotions within just a few years. That changed when he moved companies. The focus shifted away from outcomes and into constant scrutiny over things that made little difference, turning a promising carrer into one he couldn’t stand and wanted out of. His boss and his bosses boss were sucking the life out of him.

So he made a plan. While still working there, Milo started his first business and built it up alongside the job. Within just 9 months he was in the position he needed to leave on his terms and 15 years ago he walked out and has worked for himself ever since.

That shift shaped everything that followed. It is why he values straight talking, making things fun and engaging, and building a tribe of people that know, like and trust you.

Pub Networking was built on the belief that networking works best when it feels natural, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.

Created by Milo, it brings business people together in a more informal setting where conversation flows more easily, connections are more real, and relationships are built without the stiffness that often comes with traditional events.
