As a small business owner myself for over 11 years and a mum of two small boys, I know what it's like to push your own wellbeing aside while trying to do everything else.
I thought I was managing pretty well, until a wellness programme had me realise that I didn't have to feel tired and flat all the time. Once I made some simple, positive changes, my energy shifted, and life and business felt easier and more fun!

I trained with the Health Coaches Academy and absolutely loved my time studying coaching, nutrition, lifestyle and business. It's given me the skills not only to give my clients the best experience and fantastic outcomes, but it's also taught me a lot I've been able to integrate into my own and my family life.
Now I help other busy, tired business owners experience that same shift; more energy, clearer focus and a life that feels good again.
The coaching process never ceases to amaze me with it's power to aid people in finding actions and strategies to solve challenges they've experienced and weave new, healthy habits into their busy schedules.
